Entries are now OPEN! The Kriega Long Way Around is back in November 2025 with an exciting route planned, & a fabulous lodge booked for us all to spend Saturday night! This adventure ride event is a GPS navigated adventure ride, taking riders approximately 700km in 2 days, the long way around Lake Taupo and beyond, including offshoots onto private farmland and forestry roads and tracks you may never have had the opportunity to explore before.

On both days, the main route will be made up of a real mix of winding back country roads, gravel roads, and reasonably well formed off-road tracks through farms & forestry. Riders taking the challenge sections may expect steeper tracks and slippery areas and will be more of a challenge if wet!

On the Saturday night riders will be welcomed at a private lodge for the night to relax at the bar…
